Graphite Furnace Systems Has a Complete Rebuilding Facility.
We will develop a project scope which includes as little as a controls upgrade to complete system rebuild with a new chamber, hot zone, controls, plumbing, wiring and rebuilt pumps. We perform a rebuilding project with the same philosophy as a new custom furnace project keeping quality and customer satisfaction as our utmost goal.

Scope of the Rebuild:
- Used existing heater transformer
- Used existing power feed throughs
- Rebuilt existing pumps
- Reskinned the outer vessel. Interior jacket was Stainless Steel
- Relined hot zone
- New elements
- New gas plumbing
- New water plumbing
- New controls and wiring
- New external forced cooling system consisting of a water cooled cooling fan and external heat exchanger with isolation valves
